All City Pet Care Veterinary Emergency Hospital
The Emergency Hospital operates 24/7 to care for your pets. For your pet to be seen by one of our emergency doctors, we do require the examination fee of $140 (tax included) at the time of check-in.
Any additional charges for diagnostics, treatments, and medications are due at the time of checkout.
If your pet is hospitalized, the veterinarian will create a detailed treatment plan and estimate specific to your pet's needs.
We do require half of the estimate as a down payment before the patient is admitted. For patients diagnosed with parvo, the full estimate is required as a down payment.
We do accept Care Credit and Scracthpay as forms of payment but do not accept in-house payment plans at this time.
We do not accept checks.
After your visit, once the doctors have entered their medical notes we will send those to your primary care veterinarian. Please let the staff know of any veterinary care changes so we can update them in the patient's chart.
