Dr. Mariana Ribeiro de Castro graduated veterinary School in Brazil from Universidade Federal de Uberlandia in 2015 and finished her residency in Anatomic Pathology there in 2017.  She moved to the United States that same year and concluded her DVM equivalency program recently.  She started working in our general practice at All City Pet Care Veterinary Emergency Hospital in March of 2022 as an assistant, and then started as a veterinarian in 2023.  

Dr. Castro is excited to bring diversity to our hospital and is eager to see and communicate with all clients, including those that speak Spanish or Portuguese.  She also brings a great deal of specific knowledge from her residency in animal pathology, which is such a great asset to our clinic, by quickening and making it possible for in-house pathology.  She is currently working on pursuing her Board Certification for Animal Pathology.  

Dr. Castro highly enjoys working here, as she always says wonderful things about her co-workers.  She enjoys spending time with her family outdoors and traveling abroad to visit her and her husband's relatives.
