Dr. Mariana Ribeiro de Castro graduated veterinary school in Brazil from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia in 2015 and finished her residency in Anatomic Pathology there in 2017.  She moved to the United States that same year.  Dr. Castro is now finishing the DVM equivalency program (ECFVG).  She started working in our general practice at All City Pet Care Veterinary Emergency Hospital in March of 2022.

Dr. Castro is excited to bring diversity to our hospital and is eager to see and communicate with all clients, including those that speak Spanish/Portuguese.  She also brings a great deal of specific knowledge from her residency in animal pathology. Dr. Castro loves her co-workers because she says that they are amazing and very helpful. 

Dr. Castro and her husband have an almost four year-old son and a Chihuahua mix named Doguito.  They love to travel abroad to visit their family and also enjoy camping and being outdoors.
